"We hired Jim to be our DJ at my wife and I’s wedding in May 2022.
Jim was excellent beforehand keeping in touch in the build up and ensuring he knew exactly what kind of party we wanted for our evening reception. His attention to detail in ensuring that none of the songs we didn’t want were played and all of the songs we did want played made it in was brilliant.
Jim was engaging with our guests without being overbearing and set a great atmosphere for the evening from the outset. The dance floor was full all night long and our guests, as well as us, loved every minute.
We also ordered the photobooth which was setup and running alongside the whole evening reception. Our guests really enjoyed this also and it added to our day as well.
If you shop around you might discover that Jim is a little more expensive than others but I guarantee you he is absolutely, 100%, without a shadow of a doubt, worth every penny as he will deliver an experience that you and your guests will love.
Finally the video montage that Jim made of our day was great fun, we’ve really enjoyed watching it back already and have shared it widely with our friends and family.

"Jims attention to detail and customer service was out of this world, he took him time with you to make sure that he got every detail right and because of his experience, was able to visualise what you wanted. Even when asked to meet at the venue, he came down with some of his lighting equipment to demonstrate how it would look.
He made our day what it was and had everyone all ages up dancing and the best thing he did for us was to secretly make a video of bits of the night of everyone dancing and then overlays our first dance song ontop and posted the cd for us the following day. My mum & dad still play it and it makes them cry with joy and happiness.
Jim was also very reasonable for the cost of his service and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is a true gentleman that deserves this award for his hard work, attention to detail, proffesionslism and going above and beyond and if this was our experience I can imagine all the other bride and grooms would agree."

He even bought me a pint! The meeting was so professional and he covered EVERYTHING, thankfully, since, with the stress of the planning, we hadn’t even thought about. He was in touch regularly before the big day, and even offers to contact the best man to say he’s on his way. But the best bit, was that we had a Labyrinth theme (the 1980’s classic starring David Bowie) and Jim offered to dress up as the Goblin King himself, and the effort and result was flawless. He was excellent with both the music and the announcements, and what a light show! He went over and above what was expected, and he made a MASSIVE contribution to the happiest day of my life. I would highly recommend him. As a former DJ myself, I would say you can’t get closer to perfection. Thanks Jim!!"

He’s got a great knowledge of music and played exactly what I wanted. He looked smart in shirt and tie and gave the wedding a great atmosphere as he bopped along to the tunes and joined in the fun. He is very polite, super friendly and was a delight to work with. I only wish I had another celebration to hire him for as it was such a great party! On the day he was amazing. He turned up a lot earlier than he needed to and made the room look brilliant matching all his lights to my colour scheme for everyone coming back in. He was dressed really smart too and very friendly with my guests which was nice. His music was brilliant, he had all the songs we asked for, he had good banter without being cheesy, he looked like he had a ball while he was working (I really didn’t want a cheesy boring old DJ) and it really seemed like our wedding was as important to him as it was us. Honestly couldn’t recommend him enough"
